Ingredients
Bake at 450 for 14-16 minutes makes about 6 large bagels
1/4 cup teff flour
1 3/4 cups milk of choice or water
2 1/2 tsp yeast or 1 packet
3 tsp guar gum (I use Now Foods)
1 tsp vanilla
2 Tbsp oil
3/4 tsp salt
1 cup allergen chocolate chips (I use Enjoy Life)
