  • 15 Oreo cookies, chopped (about 1½ cups)

  • Andes chocolates, chopped (as much as you like)

  • 2 (3.9 oz) packages JELL-O chocolate instant pudding

  • 4 cups cold milk

  • Green food coloring

  • Mint extract or flavoring, to taste

  • 2 cups whipped topping (COOL WHIP or whipped cream)

  • Extra Oreos and Andes, for garnish


Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, whisk together pudding mix and milk. Let set for 5 minutes.

  2. In another bowl, fold mint extract and green food coloring into whipped topping. Adjust to taste and color.

  3. In small cups or jars, layer chocolate pudding, then mint whipped cream, then a spoonful of chopped cookies and Andes.

  4. Repeat layers if desired.

  5. Top with an Andes piece.

  6. Chill for 30 minutes before serving.


Tips

  • Make it ahead and refrigerate up to 1 day.
