No-Fail Triple Chocolate and Mint Blondies Recipe – A tried and true recipe to make a perfectly baked pan of Blondies! If you love mint and chocolate, you will swoon over this scrumptious version!
1/2 cup (1 stick) unsalted butter, melted
1 cup packed dark brown sugar
1 large egg
1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1/8 teaspoon kosher salt
1 cup all-purpose flour
10 Mint Oreos, broken into pieces
8 Andes Mint Chocolate Candies
1/3 cup Dark Chocolate Mint M&M’s
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F and line an 8-x-8-inch baking pan with parchment paper that has been sprayed with nonstick cooking spray or grease the pan thoroughly.
In a medium bowl, using a rubber spatula combine butter and brown sugar. Add egg and vanilla and mix until incorporated. Stir in salt and flour until fully incorporated and no lumps remain. Mix in Oreos, Andes, and M&M’s.
Pour batter into prepared baking pan and top with additional candy, if desired. Place in the oven and bake for 20-25 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the middle comes out clean. Let cool and cut into squares.
Blondies will keep up to 1 week stored in an airtight container in your fridge or for up to 3 months in the freezer.
