1 cupraw cashews, soaked*
1/4 cup olive oil
1/4 cup water
1 tablespoons minced garlic
1/4 teaspoon sea salt
1 cup fresh basil

For the Pasta
2 cups kale (deboned), packed
1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
2 tablespoons olive oil
salt and pepper, to taste
1 package Roots Organic Fusilli Pasta
