INGREDIENTS:

2 pounds (3 medium-sized) zucchini, spiralized*
2 teaspoons salt
2 cups marinara sauce, homemade or store-bought
1/4 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese

FOR THE MEATBALLS
1 1/2 pounds ground turkey
1/2 cup Panko
1/4 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
2 large egg yolks
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1 teaspoon dried basil
1/2 teaspoon dried parsley
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
