This is hands down, one of our favorite, quick to make desserts. I could eat them all day. Lol! Seriously, they have become a “staple” on holidays and whenever I need to bring something to an event/party and it always gets rave reviews.
These are absolutely delicious!!! I decreased the powdered sugar by about 1/4 cup, used melted chocolate chips with about 1 T. oil which was perfect for the coating, but found I needed about 1/3 cup extra melted chocolate chips. I can’t wait to make them again!!!
