INGREDIENTS
3 cups powdered sugar
1 cup (2 sticks) salted butter, at room temperature
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 to 2 tablespoons whipping cream
12 OREO cookies (or other chocolate or vanilla cookie with cream filling), crumbled finely
12 to 15 additional OREOS, for garnish (optional)
INSTRUCTIONS
