Christmas Cheesecake Dip

Christmas Cheesecake Dip – With gingerbread cookie dippers, it tastes like the world’s best eggnog cheesecake.


  • 12 oz. cream cheese, softened to room temperature
  • 1/4 c. eggnog
  • 1/2 c. powdered sugar
  • 1/4 c. brown sugar
  • 1 tsp. ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp. ground nutmeg
  • 1 tsp. pure vanilla extract
  • Gingerbread cookies, for serving


  1. Combine all ingredients, except for the cookies, in a large bowl. Use a hand mixer to cream together all the ingredients until smooth and fluffy. Transfer to a small bowl for serving.
  2. Serve immediately with cookies for dipping. Or store covered in the refrigerator until ready to serve.
