Cinnamon Sugar Soft Pretzels Recipe


For the pretzels:
2 cups warm milk
1½ tablespoons yeast
¼ cup brown sugar
4 tablespoons butter, melted
2 teaspoons salt
4½ cups flour, more or less as needed

For the topping:
⅓ cup baking soda
3 cups warm water
4 tablespoons butter, melted
½ cup sugar
2 teaspoons cinnamon
